Vision, Mission and Passion of the Furnace Prayer Movement

1. Overview of the Worship Furnace

The Worship Furnace scheduled for 6th June 2026 is a dedicated gathering of believers coming together for continuous worship, prayer, and intercession before the Lord. The gathering is designed to create an atmosphere where the presence of God is sought passionately through worship and prayer, allowing believers to align with God's purposes for the church, cities, and nations.

The Worship Furnace is not just an event but a spiritual altar, where believers offer unceasing worship, repentance, thanksgiving, and intercession, believing that when the church prays, heaven responds and transformation takes place.

It will bring together worshippers, intercessors, church leaders, and believers from different congregations to unite in prayer and seek God's intervention in the spiritual, social, and moral conditions of our communities.

The Worship Furnace will be a time of:

Deep worship

Prophetic intercession

Revival prayer

Spiritual awakening

Unity among churches

Seeking God's direction for the nations

2. The Vision of the Furnace Prayer Movement

The vision of the Furnace Prayer Movement is:

To raise a global altar of continuous worship and prayer that ignites revival, spiritual awakening, and transformation in cities and nations.

The movement seeks to restore the biblical model of unceasing prayer, where believers stand before God day and night in worship and intercession.

This vision is inspired by scriptures such as:

Revelation 5:8

“The prayers of the saints rise before God like incense.”

Leviticus 6:13

“The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.”

The Prayer Furnace Movement believes that when prayer rises continually like incense before God, heaven releases revival, breakthrough, and transformation.

3. The Mission of the Furnace Prayer Movement

The mission of the Furnace Prayer Movement is to:

Establish prayer altars in churches, cities, and nations

Mobilise believers into continuous prayer and worship

Raise intercessors and worship leaders

Unite the Body of Christ across denominations

Create platforms for revival gatherings and prayer summits

Prepare the church spiritually for the move of God in this generation

Through gatherings like the Worship Furnace and Furnace Global Summit, the movement seeks to awaken the church to the power of prayer and worship.

4. The Passion of the Furnace Prayer Movement

The passion of the movement is driven by a deep desire to see:

1. Revival in the Church

To see believers renewed in their love for God and restored to a life of prayer and holiness.

2. Spiritual Awakening in Nations

To see communities, cities, and nations touched by the power of God through prayer.

3. Unity in the Body of Christ

To bring churches together across denominational lines to pray as one body.

4. Raising a Generation of Intercessors

To equip and empower believers who will stand in the gap for their families, communities, and nations.

5. Restoring the Altar of Worship

To bring worship back to its rightful place as a continuous offering before God.

7. The Call

The Furnace Prayer Movement calls believers to become:

Watchmen on the walls (Isaiah 62:6)

“I have posted watchmen on your walls; they will never be silent day or night.”

It is a call to pray, worship, intercede, and keep the fire burning on the altar.
